Typical Job Proposal
Strip Old Roof
We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the completion of tearing off existing roofing down to bare wood deck. We will remove and dispose of all debris. We will install new 8" drip edge on all rakes and eaves. We will install Grace ice and watershield waterproof underlayment along 6' of eaves and in any valleys. The remainder of exposed roof will be covered in 15# tar paper. A new vent stack boot will be installed. The chimney will be reflashed using existing flashing. New Certainteed Seal-King 25 year shingles will be installed. Workmanship guaranteed ten full years.
